A. A broken appliance in your house will lead to one of two choices. You can either call for professional appliance repair in an try to save money and continue using your current refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the broken appliance with a new unit.
Household appliances come with an expected lifetime. If the current home appliance is in the earlier or middle timeframe of that lifetime, we would suggest calling our appliance repair company. Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST TRIP?
A. Yes. We stock our vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer appliance parts and the tools to complete our repair service. In the event we do need to come back at a later date to finish a repair, there will be no additional service cost. We estimate that we finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments on the initial trip.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your house or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive within the earlier portion of our scheduled service window. However, if a previous appointment or repair lasts much longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows the repairman a little time to still arrive on schedule within the service window. Our technicians call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
