Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to arrive at your residence. We understand how important your time is and do our best to arrive within the earlier part of our timeframe. But, if a previous repair or appointment takes longer than thought it would, this allows our technician some time to still arrive on schedule in the service window. Our technicians always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
