A. We will. We stock our service vans with 90% of the common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and the tools to perform our repair service. In the event we have to come back at a later date to wrap up a repair, there won’t be an extra service fee. We estimate we can complete over 85% of appliance repair appointments during the initial trip.
Q. WHAT IS THE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to be at your house or apartment. We understand how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive in the earlier part of our service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows the technician a little time to be able to still arrive on schedule in the service window. Our technicians always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
