Q. WILL YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL TRIP?
A. We will. We fill all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and the tools to complete our repair service. If we do have to return at a later time to finish a repair, there will be no extra service fee. We estimate we can finish over 85% of appliance repair appointments on the first trip.
Q. IS THERE A WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the technician to arrive at your residence. We understand how important your time is so we do our best to arrive in the early part of our scheduled timeframe. But, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts a lot longer than expected, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes before their arrival.
