Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for our technician to be at your residence. We know how important our customer’s time is and do our best to arrive within the early portion of our scheduled timeframe. But, if an earlier repair or appointment goes a lot longer than we expected, this allows our technician some time to still arrive on schedule during the service window. Our technicians always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
