Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?
A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour window for the technician to be at your home. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive during the early portion of our timeframe. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair goes longer than we expected, this timeframe allows the technician a little time to be able to arrive on time during the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
