A. In most cases. We stock all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer parts and all of the important tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we do have to come back at a later time to complete a repair, there won’t be an extra service charge. We estimate that we can complete over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the first visit.
Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to be at your house. We are aware of how important your time is so do our best to ensure we arrive within the earlier portion of our scheduled timeframe. However, if an earlier repair or appointment goes longer than thought it would, this allows the technician a little time to be able to still arrive on time within the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
