Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU FIX THE APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL TRIP?
A. Most of the time. We stock all of our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer appliance parts and the necessary tools to perform our repair service. If we do have to return at a later time to finish a repair, there won’t be an additional service fee. We estimate we are able to finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments on the first trip.
Q. WHAT IS THE SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for the repairman to be at your house or apartment. We understand how important your time is so do our best to ensure we arrive within the early portion of our service window. However, if an earlier repair or appointment takes a lot longer than anticipated, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to arrive on schedule in the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
