A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the technician to arrive at your residence. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of our scheduled timeframe. However, if a previous repair or appointment goes longer than we thought it would, this timeframe allows the repairman a little time to be able to arrive on time in the service window. Our repairmen always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
